Pound your feet hard on the ground

Take a risk

You cannot tiptoe through life fearing to take any risks and hope to make an impact in life.

You cannot spend your life fearing to hurt anyone and hope that anyone will notice you.

You may get to the end of your journey without being bruised; but yours shall be a miserable life.

You need to pound your feet hard on the ground.

You need to take some calculated risks; not reckless risks; but calculated risks to give yourself a good chance of achieving even your wildest dreams.

Take a chance if greatness be what you want.

Go safely and in oblivion perish. “Nothing venture, nothing gained”.

So well Robert Kennedy said it: ‘Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.”

Take a risk.

Take a leap of faith.

He that fears to risk fears to live.

“Any life truly lived is a risky business, and if one puts up too many fences against risk, one ends up shutting out life itself.” These are the great lines of Kenneth S. Davis.

Instead of going on tiptoes and getting nowhere, take a risk and pound your feet on the ground.
