Shopping for clothes can be amusing. Who among us can say they have never bought a trousers or a skirt that fitted except for the waist? Basically I couldn’t do it up at the waist and I bought it anyway, the other incentive, it was on sale. I promised myself to exercise and get back my abdominal girth to a right size for me. Doing this is not just for vanity sake, primarily it’s good for the health because there is an association between increased abdominal girth and heart disease and some other illnesses too. Personally, I know how working these healthy tips into my life has benefited me. Lots of you would probably know of this, so let’s get and maintain our good health as we write.
