In Conversation: Eat well

Be inspired to eat well,

Meaning a balanced diet,

Your choice of appetising food,

Still nutritious; cooked or fresh,

They should provide for your optimum health,

With your protein and carbohydrates,

Vitamins and minerals,

Remember pulses and beans,

Not only meat, eggs and dairy,

Leafy greens, fruit and vegetables,

Go low on  high fat and sugars,

Best not forget your water too,

For this is all thirsty work.
