Top of the Elevenses/Brunch #17 plus

Well wishes to you all, yesterday’s post Top of the Elevenses/Brunch  #16 ended up in Grace in Housekeeping site rather than here. For want of continuity Success Inspirers’ World site is where it is supposed to be, this happened once before and I think I reblogged.  Yeah! problem solved.  Yesterday that didn’t work either.  I didn’t realise but I was just exhausted, the heat, also the extra stairs and escalators got to me.  In fine London, generally the Tube and Trains can be good.  It’s like, the way I knew to get to my destination was changed because improvements were being made to London Bridge Train Station and consequently diversions were in place. I saw this in a film recently, “Expect the Unexpected and Deal with It.” I dealt with it and got to my appointment in the end.  Mind you I enjoyed the sunshine and being in Central London, also seeing various international tourists and hearing them speak their languages.

Here what you, may be, missed- Top of the Elevenses/Brunch #16

Is it hot where you are?  It is still hot in London, the temperature is 34.4C, it’s time for ice cold water and other cold drinks and for my Elevenses I had samples of food from around the globe.  This was courtesy of of some food business entrepreneurs.  A bit this and a bit of that and it was all very filling.

Seychelles had a Green Curry with a special ingredient, there was South Africa’s own yummy Chakalaka; Ghana’s Jollof Rice and Special Sauce was featured and so was a refreshing Vegetarian Courgette and Cucumber Noodles.  There was so much passion to create unique versions of known dishes and creating new ones.  It was also educational, I like that.
