There’s a lot of force being spent on the issue of giving…either through tithing, charity etc and sometimes to emphasize or encourage people to do so, we use the verse “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” (Galatians 6:7)So we literally push people to give because there is a reward at the end. What if, just what if, God was more concerned about the state of your heart, the nature of the giving than the actual act of giving? Does it make sense? Okay let’s break it down.
