The house had a rather strange look;
I feared it could be a hook;
The walls were with marble encrusted;
In there lived a man untrusted;
Every morning he put on his hat
And left the house with his cat;
Where they went and what they did,
From everybody they hid;
At the start, nobody cared;
But soon, everybody said they feared;
Who was this man living such a life?
Who always carried along a knife?
It was a knot that none could untie;
That will remain until he will die.
