Nothing more than an infatuation (3)

I am jealous
I am overzealous
I am passionate
I am caring
I hope you see it
Before it dies out
Not that it will. Ever.

My love for you
Is like a candle,
Lighting all night.

Being consumed by fire
Just makes it stronger
Just when you think
There’s not much left of it
It becomes alive. Again.

My love for you
Wears a coat
Which does not allow
The storm to enter
But allows your flaws to fade
