Inspirational literature

I read a lot of inspirational or motivational literature which I highly recommend to you. But my effort to trace the pedigree of this literature has not borne fruit. I can only trace that of my passion for it.

It was more than forty-five years ago when I was a young man in college that the passion to search for and discover a book to help me shine in academic work gripped me. That passion led me to discover Norman Vincent Peale’s Power of Positive Thinking. The book thrilled me to such an extent that I read over and over.

“The Power of Positive Thinking” awakened in me a strong desire to know more about the secrets of success and share them with others. Eventually, it became a passion which I have pursued all my life.

I believe with all my heart that every normal person was born for great things. It is left to each one of us to discover our purpose, and pursue it with all that we have. This will take us to unimaginable heights.

It is rather unfortunate that a lot of us fall short of our lofty destiny because we sell ourselves short.  You don’t have to sell yourself short. If you do,  I strongly recommend that you change your mind set.

To achieve a mindset change, Inspirational or motivational literature can be very helpful. I therefore urge you to look for, and read as much inspirational and motivational literature as you can and see your life transformed when you marry the knowledge you acquire to action.
