Hey there! I’m back, again!!! ๐ŸŒŸ

How are you all doing? How was your day? Or how is your day going?

Well, for today’s session of self care, I have a little task for you all ๐ŸŒธ

An important part of self-care is realising your present, and defining the changes or goals you have for your future self. So here we go :

๐ŸŒธ Define your present self in three words under the title “Present Me”. The traits you hope to change in near future.

๐ŸŒธ Then define your future self in three words under the title “Future Me”. Three words to define the ‘better you’.

๐ŸŒฟ NOTE: If you don’t feel like sharing them on here, write them on a paper and keep it. The main objective of this task is to make you realise how you see yourself at present, and how you see yourself in future.

So go on and find yourself!!! ๐ŸŒธ
