Hello Everyone !

Are you loving yourself enough? Do you give yourself enough credit for the good things happening in your life? Do you take care of yourself? ๐ŸŒธ

In the third session of self care, I would like you think about the moments when you thought that you can’t take it anymore. When you were feeling so weak and fragile. Think about the hardships and downs ! And realise, that you overcame everything ! You outshined the darkness and came into the light. You were strong and powerful, to make your way out of everything that intended to stop you. ๐ŸŒธ

Then recall the best and most precious moments of your life ! Think about them, write them on a paper or just visualise them in your mind. Think about your widest smiles and loudest laughs. Or simply the moments that made you feel “Now that’s what happiness is!” ๐ŸŒธ

That’s how life is ! We have times to worry about, we break, we fall, we think we can’t fight anymore, but somehow, we fight !! We fight harder than we thought we could. And then, we are greeted by the happiest times of our lives ! ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ

So love yourself for being so strong, so loving, so caring, so powerful ! ๐ŸŒ 

You’re your own definition of Perfect ! ๐Ÿ’ฎ. Embrace yourself ! Feel good, feel confident !! ๐Ÿ’ฎ
