God cherishes to be off guard just before He wins.

Have you ever been in a terrible situation where you felt like there was no hope of coming out of it? or you are currently going through challenges that looks insurmountable and as a result you asking; God where are you?

Guess what! God was, is and will always be right there with you. He said in His word that before we call He will answer but sometimes He can choose to be at a disadvantage just before He wins.

Think of Moose at the red sea.

Think of Daniel in the lion’s den.

Think of David in front of Goliath.

How about Lazarus after being buried for four days.

What about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego when they refused to worship the king’s golden image.

Do you remember Gideon with his three hundred just before he defeated the Midianite hordes.

Think of Joseph in prison just before he ruled Egypt.

How about Jesus on the cross.

Think of the church today.

In spite of all these and whatever you might be going through, God is more than able; He will come through for you. Only trust and obey.

You will not have to do anything but stay calm. The Lord will do the fighting for you.
Exodus 14:14 ERV

So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.

  1. Thank you for the encouragement. In Deuteronomy God told the people of Israel that if there were any foreigners to make sure they they had everything they needed, for as long as they needed it! The same for the poor. God warned us to never forget we were slaves in Egypt but God rescued us, took care of our every need, including killing those who meant to kill us. We were foreigners once. Far, far away from home. God took us to the land of ‘milk and honey’ as He promised our Father’s before us. The Lord, as your post says, will never abandon His own church. The Christian right bear bad fruit. Anyone who has thoughts of harming his brothers do not know Him and He does not know them.
    Praise God Amen!!

    1. I totally agree with you that as Christians we must bear good fruits which shows that we are abiding in Christ and He’s with us. Thank you very much for your wonderful contribution.
