Do you believe it’s Okay either way?

P.s: I believe as a person and psychotherapist that, the very first step in dealing and healing, is to accept the situation and affirm it’s ok. Then we can proceed to say we are okay it’s this way, but we are moving on to make it this other way (of that is your overall goal).
