Being rejected, it is just a part of life. If you are rejected for a job, then just find another one. If you are being rejected by people romantically, just move on and find someone better; never sell yourself short. But what about when this happens continuously?

So I work as a glorified telemarketer…so you would think someone who gets rejected day in and day out would become used to rejection. And to some extent, you are right. If you hang up on me, that’s cool, I’ll just call the next person.

However, the rejection seems to cut a little deeper sometimes, especially during instances like a job interview. I’d end up doing my best, and still have to email the interviewer a week later to get rejected. Lately, I’ve been really down because of this; as well as being ghosted twice in a row…dating…
