Yea I get it… Journaling?? That’s just for high-school sweethearts isn’t it? Not at all! Journaling is actually one of the most powerful tools of learning and growth that we have at our disposal.
The only way we can become better in life is to improve from our past failures. However, since most people don’t have a means of documenting lessons learned and what they want to improve on, they stay right where they are in life and continue to make the same mistakes over and over again.
Journaling sets up our brains to immediately start thinking differently and makes us aware of what we want to change in our lives. The next time you have to make an important decision, your brain will have these new pathways of information from journaling that remind it of what to do and not to do.
