Thinking positively does and will impact your mental health. It will make you feel encouraged and you will have a mindful mindset. EVERYTHING we do in LIFE and how we feel and act is down to are subconscious mind. This is the same with stress and dealing with stress. MANY PEOPLE seem to think that dealing with stress is difficult. But that is not necessarily true! Because it is about how you manage your stress within your life it is not how or what is causing the stress.
