Which shall you be?

Shall you be an olive tree or a vine?IMG_20151108_153216
Shall you take your time to grow
Or be in a hurry sprout?
Shall you be a mansion or a hut?

Shall you be wise?

When each day begins,
24 hours ahead of me, I have;
Like everyone else;
And I am free to use them as I like;
What I do with them,
Is the 1 million-dollar question;
Whether I waste them or put them to good use,
The choice is mine;
And which ever I choose,
Either the fruits I will reap
Or the consequences I will bear.
The foolish waste their 24 hours;
Or most of them they waste;
And all or most of them,
The wise put to good use;
I will not be foolish;
I will be wise,
And put all my 24 hours to good use;
And not only to good use, to excellent use;
And excellent fruits,
I will reap;
Shall you be wise?
And do like me?

“GOOD” production factory

You are a factory for both good and evil;
While God wants to use you
To produce good and nothing but good,
The devil wants to use you
To produce evil and nothing but evil;
You are free to choose who shall use you;
If you offer yourself to God to use,
He will use you to manufacture good
In the world.
If you offer yourself to the devil to use,
He will use you to manufacture evil
In the world.
The choice is all yours to make;
Make it!
Who are you offering yourself to?
Be a GOOD production factory.

You and me

In every individual
Here on earth,
And that means also
You and me,
There lies deeply buried,
A potential so enormous,
To achieve that which
We want to achieve;
But what we each do with ours,
Another matter it is in itself;
If you allow yours to go to sleep,
It’s all left to you;
If you want it to rumble, rock
And move the world,
That also is something you can do;
We all have that which it takes,
To make it big or make it small;
And that which we end up doing,
That’s left to you and me.

You choose

You can be a source of joy to others;
You can be a source of sorrow;
You can wipe tears from the eyes of the mourning;
You can cause tears to pouring from eyes of people;
You can use your riches to uplift others;
You can use your riches to trample on others;
You can use your power to make the world better;
You can use your power to make the world worse;
You can use your talent for good;
You can use your talent for evil.
You can choose good;
You can choose evil.

You could have been wiser?

You ask:

“How could I have known

You  would be such a terrible husband?

How could I have known

you would be such a drunk?

Such an irresponsible husband?

Such a wife-hitter?”

You make me laugh.

How could you not have known?

Where did you keep your eyes?

Where did you keep your head?

Where did you keep your thinking cap?

You could have been wiser.

You did not have to be too believing.

Yes!

When it comes to making a choice

For marriage,

You do not have to be too believing;

You must learn to discern;

To look beyond the surface.

Not everyone who says ‘I love you’

Really does.

Do not be too blinded by what you see as love

To see

The warning signs which are always there.

Did you turn to God to guide you?

He will always do.

I answer your question then

To say:

You could have been wiser.

Let no one dupe you.

Let no one take you for a ride.

Pay heed to the warning signs;

And you will not say

Had I known.
