The Stars are Lining Up

I awoke with a monumental feeling God is communicating with me, revealing His plans for this world. It is time to prepare for a significant force which controls the universe. God is coming to rule the earth once more. My heart beats an unsynchronized rhythm as the Lord drives a wedge between this reality and His forthcoming Judgment Day. I shudder at the thought of Christ ruling over the genocide of this world. Obliviated is the only word I can use to describe it. Christ will turn a deaf ear as He decides who lives on, and who does not, in heaven. For those who passed on before His coming, let us pray they asked forgiveness and repented of their sins according to the Laws of God, so they may have eternal salvation.

Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. As is written in the Bible, unbelievers will not be saved and those who claim to know God, yet they withdraw and live an unholy lifestyle.

Titus 1:16

“They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.” (NIV)

Many sins pointed out in the Bible need repentance, but the list below is those the most abominable to the Lord. Do you fit into any of these iniquities? If so, it is time to drop to your knees and pray for forgiveness; live the rest of your life through His Word.

One nation under God is comparable to buying a new car for $99 down and $99 a month. Impossible, and false advertising at best. A nation under God would pray and worship together, study and stay in God’s word; it lives in prayer keeping God first. Today we face murder, rape, theft, abortions, worshipping false gods, agnostics, and atheists running rampant. This lack of respect for our Almighty God will be the first obliterated when Christ calls again unless mankind changes now. Satan’s followers will not be allowed through heaven’s gates. No, this is not my opinion, but a fact!

John 3:3

“Jesus replied, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.’”

What are the signs of the end times, according to the Bible?

  • Mankind will be lovers of pleasure more than God. This includes partying, unfit television viewing, spending more time socializing versus studying the Word, reading lustful books, gambling, drunkenness, listening to secular music, obsessing over the internet. Fifty years ago, worldly entertainment did not exist, and people lived a simpler life. Today, lovers of pleasure are all around us.
  • Mankind will be covetous. Most people today seek worldly riches, with money and material possessions their top priority in life. But, we have those who lust at pornography, strip clubs, and even other spouses. Women flaunt seductive clothing publicly with little to the imagination. We clamor for the latest and greatest money can buy or to keep up with the Joneses.
  • Children will be disobedient to their parents. Today’s generation of children has little respect for parents. They participate in gangs, join riots and protests, bully others, and create drama and chaos in the family home. Society teaches them there is no God, so morals and values are pointless.
  • Mankind will be unthankful. We’re conditioned by the world to take life for granted and not be thankful for our blessings. Ungratefulness runs rampant today.
  • Mankind will be unholy. Many are far less holy and humble today. Some even believe we need not keep the ten commandments anymore, just as long as we “believe” in Jesus. They turn the grace of God into a license to sin. Churches are social places, theaters, and concerts, rather than holy places of worship. Little effort, today, is made to turn away from sin and live a holy life for God. Yes, unholiness overruns the earth today.
  • Mankind will display a lack of natural affection. Gays and lesbians become the accepted norm, and what is scarier, some even take higher positions within our churches. The book of Corinthians condemns these actions. Does this sound familiar?
  • Mankind will despise doers of good. In today’s age, people dislike the correction of their sins. They rebuke with “you are judging me.” If someone is seen as a holy person, they are snubbed, criticized, and labeled as a weirdo or goody-two-shoes.
  • Mankind will be lovers of themselves. This is the ME generations. What looks best on me? How can this make me look more prosperous, smarter, or better qualified? How many toes do I need to step on to get what I want? Who cares how many people are starving on the streets – I come first! Need and greed stand before serving God and His people.
  • Christians do not live the faith they proclaim. Many are hypocrites, never turning away from their sin. Most love the world more than they love God.

So, as the wrath of God swarms… it’s almost time for the change of command. You mark my words, Christ is coming to take over His world; be it in my lifetime or yours, it won’t be long now. The stars are lining up, and a remarkable event of unexpected consequence is about to take place. Christ will meet Satan at his doorstep, better known as earth.

I pray you may recognize the sins mentioned in this blog and ask for forgiveness today. Turn your actions into something productive and serve God and his people with compassion and love before it’s too late. Seek the word of God’s truth so you, too, may greet your loved ones and Jesus at heaven’s gates.

Crying “Wolf!”

Across the pond, a familiar Aesop tale sends a very succinct message. A little shepherd boy stood guarding sheep at the foothills. It bored him waiting for a wolf to chase the flocks. He thought it more entertaining to watch the villagers run to his imposing calamity as he cried out, “Wolf! Wolf! A wolf is chasing my sheep!” But, there was no wolf, nor an emergency. The second occasion he fooled them, he became known as a nuisance, and the angry men told him “Save your frightened song for when there is really something wrong!” As fate dictated, a wolf later appeared, and when he screamed for help, the village did not pay attention. The moral of the story is no one believes a liar, even when he tells the truth. How often is humanity shrouded in dishonesty? It’s one of life’s most painful experiences.

During the Last Supper, Jesus became troubled and overcome by grief. He announced, “Truly, truly, I say to you, that one of you shall betray me… to the chief priests and elders, in order to be put to death.” The disciples looked at him in great astonishment wondering who would betray Jesus’s loyalty and honor. The Gospel of Mark gives no motive for Judas’s betrayal, only that he committed the disloyalty in exchange for thirty pieces of silver. But when he learned Jesus was to be crucified, he attempted to return the money; the Romans denied the coins and Judas committed suicide by hanging. In this biblical story, Jesus understood Satan overcame Judas. Isn’t this a common trait of evil and unholiness – lying, deception, and betrayal?

John 8:44

“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.”

As human beings, we usually want to believe the best in others, but generally, this is not the situation. For liars, it turns into a scary second nature. Their behavior provides comfort and an escape from discomfort and boredom, just as the little boy crying “wolf.” If public figures are caught lying, a scandal erupts, but what if children lie to their parents? Children have a fear of being scolded and punished for their mischiefs. It is easier for them to take refuge in their lies rather than tackling a problem head-on. But, many parents accept their behavior without giving a consequence, and the fibs grow into more significant issues. Then we hear the horror stories of spouses lying to each other too. The innocent person tries to make excuses for the other’s actions, and a dysfunctional whirlwind creates a less-than-honest marriage.

Oddly enough, these dramatic lessons can be traced all the way back to Jesus’s time. In the restitution of life, there comes a time when we have little choice but to give it to God. Be it a child, spouse, or Judas’s betrayal, stretching the truth will haunt you for the rest of your life. Crying wolf, without due cause, finds you at the mercy of God and the wolves, “for you reap what you sow.”

My dad was a tough, wise man who quoted, “There are no exceptions to experience. You have to go through it to understand.” He’s right! It is awful to be deceived, but we can learn from the mistake and move forward knowing God is in our heart to ease the pain. We need to sharpen our wisdom tactics and pray for those who attempt to cry “Wolf.”

The Warning Signs

I approached the corner of a gorgeous, stately community. A large sign didn’t show which direction to proceed, and its definition confused me. Marveled by the message, I wondered if God was trying to tell me something. Dare I make a wrong turn because some things seem so inviting yet sin lies just around the corner?

God makes it abundantly clear we need to listen to His messages, but sometimes our spirit disagrees with the subconscious mind. Second thoughts might lend themselves to be valid than reality. God didn’t really place the sign but whoever did, might be sent by Him. Sitting with my foot on the brake and profusely sweating, how do I know for sure if it’s His warning sign?

John 8:47

“Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.”

In an instant, my car rumbled to a halt. Was it trying to tell me something? My mind went in reverse as God made His presence known. I cried out for Him to save me before I traveled further down the wrong road. I’m confident He saved me from a horrible error.

Can you imagine the magnitude of our mistakes if we did not have a close relationship with the Lord? We live in a world filled with signs, some good and some bad. The sole way to distinguish the best ones is to have a heart committed to understanding His words. This requires a heart fully surrendering to Him and plenty of prayers. In our moment of silence, God will relay His guiding words.

I started the engine again and regained my composure. The car behind me honked his horn, so I made a U-turn. I smiled at the driver and politely acknowledged I was in the wrong with a hand signal. God also knew where I might be if I not heeded the warning sign.

It’s a safe bet to acknowledge God tries to save all His children who hang on the brink of self-destruction. His voice speaks to us through the Bible, a friend, and yes, even a sign now and then. But don’t be tempted to look for a quick answer to the warning signs. God may not be finished revealing a situation to you. It is all in His perfect timing.

It is important to understand the Bible has many stories of people doing exactly what God wanted them to do, yet they still suffered hard times, persecution and even death. After all, His idea of success will not be your own, and sometimes there will be plenty of pain to endure along the road. Even in the darkest highways of life, we still need to stick to His plans. This is obedience to His word!

Not sure of your directional heading? Then turn to God who needs to be your driver. Follow the biblical legend, Jesus Christ, for the only way to get to heaven is with an invitation from Him. I pray every day the heavens gleaming light will radiate in your heart. The passion from heaven will transform you making life’s little temptations so much easier for you to handle. Learn to read the warning signs. Christ is here to help you if you let Him….. just don’t obey the warning signs of your subconscious mind.

Cornerstone-A Designated Landmark

In the beginning, a body of water or a pile of rocks designated property lines. God drew out a line marking the earth’s plane as His cornerstone, a designated landmark when He first created the world.

As time passed, walls were nearly always built around cities in biblical days. For example, the one surrounding Babylon was 387 feet high and 87 feet thick made as a barrier of protection. God thought it was necessary and approved it because they had a right to protect their nation from evil.  So, why would countries of both the Old and New Testaments build walls in the first place? Religious beliefs, not recognized by neighboring countries, was the primary reason to fortify territories. They stacked rocks, held together by mud, to protect themselves and make their landmark.

Did you know, in 1791, George Washington took forty stones and strategically placed them as the cornerstones of Washington, DC? It began at the south corner of the square at Jones Point in Alexandria, Virginia. On each stone at all four corners, the side facing the District of Columbia displayed the inscription “Jurisdiction of the United States” and a mile number.  In 2011, the vandalized cornerstones were relocated and deemed federal historical monuments. Now, their original location is designated by a chipped face on the corner of the foundation of the building where the rocks originally sat in Maryland, Virginia, and DC.

Today, we respectfully divide our private homesteads from each other’s territories by survey flags. It might be a simple parcel or an estate, but if it is yours, it is so deemed by perhaps a six-foot privacy, or a chain-link fence.

Regardless of how small your cornerstones are, stand quietly in the name of God, and thank Him for that which He has afforded you. Respect the poor’s pillars and the wealthy’s gated courtyards. The Lord’s Seventh and Tenth Commandments, “Thou shalt not steal” and “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s goods” forbids the act of wrongfully taking someone else’s property. It also condemns feelings of envy, greed, and jealousy to what others own.

Jesus has to be known as the cornerstone, a designated landmark, to Christianity. He wants us to build spiritual walls, defending our faith, even if it means our values and attitudes differ from the rest of the world. If we live within the confines of Jesus’s walls, we are morally stronger. But, when we follow the false gods of materialism, our moral and spiritual walls lie in ruins, and we manifest ourselves in prideful attitudes.

The Book of Isaiah refers explicitly to God as the “cornerstone.” One particular passage even details, in construction terminology, the firm foundation we can find in the Lord:

Isaiah 28:16–17

16 So this is what the Sovereign LORD says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who relies on it will never be stricken with panic. 17 I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plumb line; hail will sweep away your refuge, the lie, and water will overflow your hiding place.

Amidst our current world’s turmoil, we build physical walls for protecting God’s people. It is unfortunate Satan roams our great lands with followers who seek its destruction. But, as Christians, we have to seek the cornerstone of faith – our Lord, Jesus Christ. We should not be content with broken-down walls. Let us look forward to our new world, under God’s jurisdiction, where the pearly gates will be open to all believers. Those gates will be our designated landmark!

INERTIA

Certain words have such a profound meaning in life. At times they even apply to a holy line of thoughts.

For example, Sir Isaac Newton determined the law of gravity – a body at rest remains at rest. He claimed a mass continues to move until it meets an opposing force causing its speed or direction to change. This philosopher who laid a foundation for our scientific era believed he was put on earth to decode the word of God in scriptures and the book of nature. But, Christ proved Newton’s theory of law, called inertia, could be slightly incorrect within the Christian realm. A body which proceeds in a straight line with the Lord as our momentum, regardless of an opposing force, creates unstoppable energy; a resistance to change direction is impossible.

The big question is where is your inertia? Are you perpetually moving toward Christ, or does your inertia lay dormant as winter in a tundra? Are you the body at rest, remaining rested? God is an unmatched strength and best described as the driving force against inertia. He put our world in a spinning motion. If you allow Him into your heart, you too will always move in the direction He set forth for you.

Reflecting on these words, have you ever wondered why rejoice is the next word after reject in the dictionary? It is because rejection in life is natural, a worldly occurrence, but Christians strive to be better; we rejoice in the momentum of beating inertia. Faith is a fuel which proceeds forward, heading toward salvation. It can overpower Satan’s inert forces if we pray and remain steadfast in God’s love. Remember, the absence of energy is nothingness – no life at all, so we must find it to travel onward.

To prove my theory, let us examine those with spiritual laziness. Do you come home from work and sit at the computer playing games or chatting on social media? Did you pick up your Bible at all to study it? How many of you make excuses why you do not have time to spend with God? Those who’s inertia stagnates will surely go astray, especially in tough times. Be prepared to challenge Sir Isaac Newton’s theory of inertia and fuel up in God’s written Word.

We serve a marvelous Father! Through flood, fires, and wars on earth, God remains a viable entity to fight off evil. He is a force who will bring you wonders inconceivable to the naked eye. If we keep the Lord’s commandments, we will save our soul and find fulfillment in life. But the one who is careless or despises His way will perish forever.

Don’t do it!

If you know a thing is wrong
Don’t do it;
If you know it is evil,
Don’t do it;
And what you must know,
An evil thing is
An evil thing;
A crime is a crime;
No matter how small;
A crime is an evil thing;
Trouble that calls for
More trouble;
Do not do a thing
If you know it’s a crime;
To be free from blame
And free from punishment,
Hands off crime;
Yet, some live on crime
And think they are free;
No one is free;
And none is fine,
Who lives on crime;
If you live on crime,
Punishment will be
Hard to escape.
The best thing to do,
Stay off crime;
Commit no crime;
Plan no crime in your heart;
If you know it is wrong,
Don’t do it;
If you know it’s criminal,
Don’t do it,
No matter how much gain
It will bring to you,
Don’t do it.

The 2 sides of nature

When I take time to think of you
O nature,
I am amazed by the duality in you;
In every aspect of you,
I find two sides,
The good and the bad;
I find life and death;
When we are born into the world,
We carry both life
And the seed of death in us;
As we are growing
We are also dying;
What we take in to keep us alive
And make us happy,
Is what is slowly killing us;
In the immensity of nature,
I see a mighty God;
You are mighty O God,
To put all this in place;
What can be above you?
Nothing that human mind can imagine.
You are capable of all.
Praise and glory be you!

Good and evil at war

Good and evil at war;
Good and evil fighting;
Since the beginning of time
A fierce battle has raged
Between good and evil;
The cunning serpent
Instigated this battle;
Going against God’s plan
For humanity and the world;
His punishment was severe;
Ever since,
This wicked battle continues;
And by the look of things,
It will go on for a long time;
Where God goes the devil
Follows;
What God builds,
The devil scatters.
Where God offers light,
The devil gives darkness;
We each have to choose;
Are we on the side of God
Or on the side of the devil?
Are we promoting good
Or are we promoting evil?
We are coworkers with God
Each time we do good;
We are coworkers with Satan,
Each time we commit a sin;
It does not matter
How big or small the sin maybe;
We are God’s partners
Or the devil’s partners.
The choice is entirely ours.
But however fierce
The war may be between God and Satan,
Good and evil,
Light and darkness,
We know who will triumph;
Good will triumph;
Light will triumph;
God, the all powerful creator
Will triumph.

Why don’t we see?

God meant love to be sweet a experience. We often find it turned into a bitter or painful experience. Isn’t that unfortunate?

By transforming something so beautiful into something so ugly, we are abandoning God and following the devil.

The devil and God are on parallel lines.

Many of us say we are on God’s side, but in reality, we are on Satan’s side; followers of Satan.

Instead of loving, we hate. On whose side are we?

God wants us because he loves us and wants our good. Satan wants us because he hates us and wants our perdition.

Don’t we have eyes to see?

When we answer God’s call and go to him, he will hold our hand and take us to heaven.

When Satan calls and we answer, he will grab our hand and take us to hell.

God calls us to a vocation. The devil leads us into temptation. Don’t we have eyes to see? Why don’t we see?

Let us be vigilant and mind on whose side we are; whose voice we are listening to; whose call we are answering; which path we are taking; the path to life or the path to death.

Why do we have so many problems in our lives? Why do we have so many problems in the world? Because we have abandoned the right path and are following the wrong one. We do not answer when God calls. But shout a big YES when the devil calls.

This, we must stop or we lead our own world to its destruction.

Follow God to Paradise or follow Satan to hell. The writing on the the wall is clear. Why don’t we see?

What you are doing is not good

What you are doing
Is not good;
You know that so well,
So why are you doing it?
Imagine all the harm
You have caused already;
Look at the destruction;
I am not talking to you
Who are innocent;
I am talking to you who
Are causing so much trouble
Around the place;
While people are sleeping
You are up peeping into
Their compounds;
Looking for a way to sneak in
And cause havoc;
But why?
Why are you doing such evil?
I want you to answer;
And if you don’t have an answer,
And I know you don’t,
You better stop it.
Better stop harassing people;
Extorting money;
And giving them physical
And psychological torture.
It is not good;
It is simply not good;
It is really not good;
Yes, it is evil;
What you are doing is evil;
If you don’t know, better do
As from today;
What you are doing is not good;
It is too bad, really too bad.
