Goodbye 2019

Last night I told my mom. when she said she was grateful 2019 was almost over, there were good things which happened in 2019.

Be grateful for the good things in 2019 and leave behind the rest.

I say again: BE GRATEFUL FOR THE GOOD THINGS IN 2019 AND LEAVE THE REST BEHIND.

Going further, be grateful for the lessons learned from the bad things that happened in 2019.

Overall, move in 2020 with a grateful heart. Forgive the events, people, and perhaps most importantly, yourself. Gratitude for the what was and gratitude for what will be. This is the best way to progress into the next decade.

I end with my favorite Scripture. Philippians 4:4-9:

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!

Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.

Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me–put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

My goal for 2019 !

Happy new year
My goal for 2019 is To accomplish the goals of 2018, Which I should have done in 2017, Because I promised them in 2015, And planned them in 2014…….. Jokes apart…. Let us be frank…..Most of us fail to achieve what we plan for the new year ! It’s alright ! Take a deep breath.Relax…. It is said 80% people fail to stick to their new year resolutions longer than six Weeks.Can you believe this ? Yes it’s true. Sometimes failure is a motivation for achieving our task.Don’t get disappointed.I am one among you !

A very happy New Year to you, my dear friends!

How are you all doing? I know you all must be looking forward to starting this New Year with hopes, dreams and plans. There will be many resolutions made for the new year.

I also thought about making some New Year resolutions like reaching my ideal weight, growing my blog, learning something new, eating healthy, meditating, exercising and so.  But some of these are the resolutions that I have been trying to achieve since last few years but  have not been successful. Why?

The one and only one reason is lack of consistency.  I have never been consistent with anything.  I tend to get bored with a routine and end up not being consistent.  I admit that this has been a reason for some failures in my life.

I have heard and read many times that Consistency is the key. It is very important to be consistent with something to make it a habit. Only by being consistent can we see results.

Now, I plan to be consistent in everything I do and grow one step at a time.

So the theme for Year 2019 is being consistent.  I plan to have only one resolution this year and that is to be consistent.
