Light after dark (Be inspired today 157 by Ngobesing Suh Romanus)

Do you see the rejuvenation?
The blossoming,
Sweet-smelling flowers
As spring takes over
The baton of command
From cold hands winter?
Springing in
New life of hope
And smiles,
With freshness, beauty,
And promise of bright
summer days streching out
their hand,
While the hard blows
Of winter get buried
Under springing flowers
And greenery,
May a new life of success
Bury the sweat
Of challenging struggles
Of hard work.
If you are going through
Winter of life
Have in mind,
Winter always gives way
To spring;
While summer waits patiently at the corner
For its own time to come;
As always it does;
Making the journey
More beautiful;
And more of a joy;
But sometimes scorching
And oppressive.
When you are going through
a dark night,
No matter how dark,
Do not lose hope;
It cannot last forever;
No matter how long it may take,
Day finally comes,
With its light.
Therefore, friend,
Always keep hope alive;
Always hope for better days.

My conversation with Diane following her post on spring inspired me to write this post. Thank you, Diane, for your inspiration.

The spring of life (Be inspired today 128 by Ngobesing Suh Romanus)

Time for the winter
Of life
To give way
To the spring
Of life;
When the grass starts
To turn green
And the flowers
Start to blossom again;
The springs regain life;
Winter so long endured;
Is gone,
No more snow;
No more white clouds
On the hills;
No more freezing
From the cruel hands
Of iced water;
Many years of tears
Happily give their seat
To laughter.
That is our wish;
That is our dream;
And our prayer.

The time’s welcome

Spring is soon to spring
Like a spring
That starts to run down;
Your work will work out,
Before time’s time’s out,
Enough is enough, dare you;
Watch your comfort zone;
And if possible zone out
The free air like a breeze
On a farmer’s worn out face;
As he gently tills his farm.
And hopes the coming harvest
Will generate a smile;
The time’s thus welcome.

Spring of my joy

You are the spring
Of my joy, O Lord;
The spring
Of my blessings;
My happiness;
And my all;
The spring from which
I draw water
To quench my thirst;
As long as you flow,
And which is
Till the world comes
To an end,
Shall I never lack
Fresh water to drink;
From you alone
Will I draw my water.
You are the spring
Of my riches;
My hope;
And my faith;
You are
A spring that never
Runs dry;
What a wonderful gift
You are to me!
What a mighty sign of
Love for me!

Flowing like a spring

Flowing like a spring
From my heart
To everybody
Is something special;
Do you know
What it is!
It is called love;
It fills my heart
For you;
It fills my heart
For my spouse
And my family;
And everyone I meet;
It fills my heart
For people I have
Never met
And may never meet.
It flows like a spring
From my heart;
I believe
In a love world.
Where love flows
Like the air we breathe.
That is my dream world,
Not possible
In my life time,
But reality in my dreams,
And reality
In a future
We can only imagine.

Spring board

If you get to rock bottom,
Sing praises to God;
Then your upward journey,At once begin;
The bottom is a good base,
Which serves as a springboard;
From where you can spring,
To get to where you want;
Don’t waste it in regret;
When the upward plane awaits.
Rock bottom, springboard.
To your success fly.

At once begin;
The bottom is a good base,
Which serves as a springboard;
From where you can spring,
To get to where you want;
Don’t waste it in regret;
When the upward plane awaits.
Rock bottom, springboard.
To your success fly.

Summer isn’t over

Did someone say the autumn season is upon us?

That sounds rather  heavy, I prefer,

“The summer is soon turning into autumn.”

I suppose whichever way you say it,

The four seasons will follow one another,

Spring, summer, autumn and winter,

In other parts of the world,

Dry season follows rainy season,

Each individual has their favourite one,

We must not take it to heart,

And wonder why, because

Each season creates happiness for many,

So what more can we ask for?

Just appreciate what God has made beautifully.
