A setback is not the end; A setback is not final; A setback is not a turnback; It only sets you back; It doesn’t turn you back; Unless you turn yourself; Its an obstacle Which you can overcome; Do not end your journey Because of a setback; Take it as a challenge; And live up to that challenge. You will find yourself Soaring high; You may reach the stars; Actually, you should make your setback Your springboard; To spring to the moon.
You just reminded me, That the sky is not My limit; I agree; And appreciate the reminder; I often forget; And don’t even see myself Leaving the ground; You don’t know what these Uplifting words of yours Have done to me; They have literary pumped me up; I just feel like floating; You are very right; The sky is my springboard; Again, thanks for the reminder. I see myself flying already.
What the future holds for me,
I cannot say;
But in faith I live;
And in trust of the promise
Which the Lord has made to me;
He has assured me,
The best he’s set aside for me;
And as we well know,
He never fails in his word;
The sky is thus, not my limit;
The sky is my springboard;
This goes not for me alone;
Same holds true for you;
If you put your trust in the Lord,
You will have no reason to regret;
The sky will not be your limit;
The sky will be your springboard.
Some people say the sky is their limit. Some say it is their springboard. Some people say their limit is the universe. Some say they have nothing to do with the sky or the universe. Their own limit is right here on earth. What do you say? What is your limit? Is the sky your limit or your springboard?
